A closed production line
Happy Sip water passes through several filtration stages, is sterilised and then filled inside a clean area. Jugs are washed and inspected before filling; caps and shrink seals are applied automatically to keep human contact to a minimum.
The process
- Intake and inspection of the source water.
- Pre-filtration, softening, removal of sediment and odour.
- Fine filtration to remove dissolved impurities.
- Sterilisation before filling.
- Jug washing, filling and automatic capping.
- Batch testing, labelling and dispatch.
